Job Description / Responsibilities:

Estimation / Project coordination of industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Fire fighting MEPF based Projects.

Estimation / costing of BOQ based MEF project tenders.
Preparation of pre qualification documents for tender to project bid.
Preparation of detailed Project schedule for the activities.
Floating of inquiries to sub-vendors,obtain quotes for the all type of items, technical & commercial analysis of offers.
Planning of resources, tools, tackles, machinery for the work.
Coordination with site team for Project review, execution & monitoring / control of project activities.
Preparation, review & control of Project documentation related to Project progress report, Material receiving inspection, installation checklists, testing & commissioning related documentations.
Maintain the Documentations for the ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Desired profile of the candidate:

Hands on experience in MEP project costing / estimation.
Knowledge of Utility piping, industrial electrical, Firefighting system equipments and bill of material.
Knowledge about Technical Data sheets preparation & procedure of approvals of the same.
Basic knowledge of basic Computer software & conversant to use such MS office tools, MS project, Outlook.
Understanding of site project management.
Understanding of industrial drawings, BOQ & technical specification of MEP project work.
