Job Description / Responsibilities:

Project Management of Mechanical Domain industrial MEPF based Projects.

Planning of industrial Mechanical project work activities such as supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Utility piping, Fire protection systems, HVAC and general mechanical work.
Preparation of detailed Project schedule for the activities.
Preparation of material procurement plan as per package wise items BOQ.
Planning of resources, tools, tackles,machinery for the work.
Coordination with site team for Project review, execution & monitoring / control of project activities.
Support for the project billing / invoicing activities.
Preparation, review & control of Project documentation related to Project progress report, Material receiving inspection, installation checklists, testing & commissioning related documentations.
Maintain the Documentations for the ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Desired profile of the candidate:

Hands on experience in MEP mechanical piping and project work.
Knowledge of Utility piping MS/SS/PVC.
Knowledge Fire protection systems, HVAC systems their installation procedure and standards.
Knowledge about Technical Data sheets preparation & procedure of approvals of the same.
Basic knowledge of basic Computer software & conversant to use such MS office tools, MS project, Outlook.
Understanding of site safety management systems.
Understanding of industrial drawings, BOQ & technical specification of Mechanical MEP project work.
